It’s that time of the year when the kids get to show what they can make and do! Creative young people make games, activities, and goods to sell. This year will be bigger than ever, as we are hosting the event AT the Starkville Community Market in Firestation Park during Farmers’ Market hours.

Kids use entrepreneurial skills, get creative, and keep the money they earn! Bring a card table and folding chair.

Last year we had a booth where kids did an art activity, a popsicle stand, and a slime booth. Others sold handmade earrings, lip balm, photography, cookies, lemonade, and art. They must create their own products or activities, no reselling of store-bought things. If you have any questions, please email thehomesteadms@gmail.com.

Registration is free, but you must sign up to participate so we know how much space to have. Set up is from 7:30 on. First come, first serve on spaces. Register at https://www.thehomesteadcenter.org/homestead/kids-fair
