Ulysses "Coach" Howell Activity Center

The new Ulysses "Coach" Howell Activity Center (CHC) is located at 396 Price Street, on the corner of Molly Barr road, across from the police department and The Pantry. The $12 million facility hosts all of our youth basketball league games and features 12 individual basketball goals. There are two full-size basketball courts located in the gym for open play during the week. The facility can also host volleyball and Pickleball. Our new gymnastics area is located in a wing this is approximately 6,000 square feet. There is also a walking track upstairs as well as arcade and table games. 
Our information desk at the CHC is open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the exception of major holidays like New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas. The gym and walking track is open from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday. On Friday, the hours for both the gym and track is from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.

The facility is also open on Saturdays that don't fall on a holiday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., and on Sundays that aren't major holidays from 1 until 5 p.m. If you would like to register for classes or sports at the information desk, please visit us during the week. We will not offer in-person registration on the weekends. The office can accessed via phone at (662) 232-2379. Oxford Activity Center

Located at 400 Price Street, the Oxford Activity Center (OAC) facility was opened in 1976 and it remains the center of our Leisure Lifestyles programs. Classes such as Cardio Fit, Aerobic Exercise and Strength Training are held in the mornings Monday through Friday. Fencing and karate are also based out of the OAC. The LLO room also has a number of table game in the mornings and afternoons. The center features two indoor basketball courts, a gymnastics room, and several multipurpose rooms.
